Craig Vallarino, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer — Craig has held senior sales and marketing positions in Silicon Valley-based venture-backed startups. His career has been focused in the wireless, security and networking sectors. Most recently he ran worldwide sales and marketing for Lok Technology, a manufacturer of access control appliances for the Wi-Fi and WiMax markets. Prior to that, Craig held a senior sales and marketing post at ServGate. Earlier in his career, Craig founded a systems integrator that he grew to be the largest Sun, 3Com, and Novell network integrator in California.
Dirk Christiansen, President & Chief Operations Officer — Dirk brings over 20 years of brand building, market definition and growth at early stage startups and publicly traded companies to YonderMedia. After starting his sales and marketing career at Xerox, Dirk went on to Novell. He has held senior management positions and been part of several acquisitions and Public Offerings. Most recently, serving as Vice President Global Marketing for Sophos, and Aladdin Knowledge Systems (ALDN).
Sean Duff, Director Technology — Prior to co-founding YonderMedia, Sean owned and operated a regional WISP in Northern Nevada. A technologist, Sean previously held product management and engineering positions at ServGate. A contributing technical editor and writer, Sean has been published in LabRat Magazine and InfoWorld Magazine. Sean’s varied technical background includes integrated voice and data network and Wide Area Network design at major carriers, AT&T and Cable & Wireless.
Charles Bobo, Director Marketing – Charles brings a diverse agency background to YonderMedia. Charles founded a marketing firm representing clients such as the Nevada Commission on Tourism and Methodist Hospital of Indiana. He helped Swift Communications, Inc. take 26 newspapers online, where he lead the integration of the ad server application and migration of more than 7,500 advertisers into the new system. In his career, Charles has also raised millions of dollars in government and private foundation grants for clients.
Mark Lemma, Chief Financial Officer — Mark comes to YonderMedia from a background in technology and consumer products. A 20- year veteran of both early and growth stage companies, Mark has both IPO experience, and has been the CFO at two companies that performed reverse mergers into publicly traded entities. Mark has a depth of background at public companies and a wealth of experience working with regulatory and government agencies, as well as experience with varied investor types from high net worth private individuals, private equity firms, hedge funds and VC’s.
Bruce Hendrix, Board Member — Bruce brings demonstrable success in growth stage companies. Bruce was the CEO of PaymentNet, which he grew to be the market leader in outsourced e-commerce processing. Bruce successfully captained a merger of the company with Verisign, valued in excess of $1Billion in late 2000. Bruce also served as Chairman and CEO of UTM security appliance manufacturer ServGate, and has served on a number of other Boards of Directors.
Kendall Larsen, Board Member — Kendal is the CEO, President and Chairman of Virnetx. He was also a Limited Partner at Osprey Ventures, L.P., and a venture fund making investments primarily in business and consumer technology companies. He served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Security Products Division of Phoenix Technologies Ltd. He also held senior executive positions at leading technology companies, including RSA Security, Inc., Xerox Corporation, Rolm/International Business Machines Corporation, Novell, Inc., General Magic, Inc., and Ramp Networks.
Joseph Martinez, Strategic Advisor — Joe is the founder and managing director of Core Venture Partners LLC, of Irvine, California. He previously held executive leadership roles with Fortune 500 companies, IBM and Xerox in addition to several Silicon Valley start-ups, including ROLM, NetFrame Systems and Network Equipment Technologies. With his extensive experience in executive management, investment banking and entrepreneurship, Joe Martinez is well suited to provide strategic guidance to early stage and middle market publicly traded companies.
